Hiii friends. Had bypass done on Nov 21 just had my first sneeze and boy did that hurt!? also definitely Struggling with protein intake AND insomnia hope everyone is good.

I hope so! I’m so close to asking if I can just do a week of liquids LOL I think it’s a texture thing for me. Good luck to you!! We will get through this. And yes it will be worth it in the end!!! keep us posted?

?I am on week 2 of my PRE-OP and it’s purée foods for 4 days. I am on day 1 and I finished my lunch portion at 7pm - it’s so gross to me ? I don’t know how I’ll survive these 4 days and then have to do it again Post -Op.

Hii all I am finishing Day 3 of my 2-week pre-op My pre-op is one week of low calorie foods + 4 puréed days + 3 liquid days. I am excited and nervous for surgery on Nov 21!!!
