I also regret it! You’re not the only one in time we will feel better. We gave up our best friend if your emotional eater like I was. It’s sad how much food made me happy. I gave up narcotics took me years was hard but is so much harder!!! Stay strong!

3days out I had outpatient gastric sleeve. I’m now in hospital BP220/100 would you believe not one thing I can drink here except water for days nothing but plain water! O calories the stomach pain from hunger alone is debilitating! Hopefully my family get here tomorrow with some protein water. They did give me clear broth which had less than 5 calories. I was hoping someone tried a pro shake early I’m getting desperate.

Tylenol is NOT an nsaid ! I had gastric sleeve yesterday and so much dangerous information out here! I’ve been told probably 100 times only tylenol by my Drs and nurses.
