Hey Mrs.Green. Where are you at in this process right now?

I only lost a little over 30 lbs so far. It's been slow but successful. I just had my 3rd fill the beginning of August and I see a jump on the weightloss. I have 6cc in my band right now. I go back mid september and hope to get another fill. I'm going to bust tail to lose at least 50 lbs before my anniversary date. But I'm extremely happy with the decision and I feel absolutely great!

The summer is here and it's time to get this band to work for me! Down almost 30 lbs, this summer I plan to utilize the long days and cool nights to get as active as I can and as much exercise as I can.

This is going to be a remarkable journey you are embarking on. I'm excited and I hope we can be support and inspiration for each other. Good Luck!

My Dr is working on a new procedure where he only makes 2 incisions. One is larger than the other(about 2 in) but it looks much nicer healed then the 5 holes they typically do.

Jessica, I'm waiting for insurance approval. My surgery will probably be mid December. From everything I see on this site, you've come to a good place to get realistic answers 4 your questions. As I progress on this weight loss challenge, I will definately let you know what to expect.

Tacha, you look fabulous. I am about the same weight you used to be and am so excited to see your progress. You give me inspiration and hope to embark on this weight loss journey. How much exercise have you put in to look so nice?

How is your recovery going. I plan to have the band in December.
