  4. I know that feeling. I still feel fat and i know i'm not after loseing 105lbs. I'm healthier than when I began, off all meds. But I still think fat. i guess its just something just to work on. Congratualtions on your success
  5. I workout 4 days a week 2 days 1 hour cardio and half hour weights 2 days 30 mins each weight training and abs. I have lost 105 lbs, so it works for me.

  11. That is a great start keep going!!! You have to workout, you will see a big difference in weight lost. I for one was never a gym person, now 3 years later i can't stop myself. I'm down 100 and have my band 3 years feb2.

  13. I felt the same way, but think Positive!!!!! Your coming a longway with wonderfull results. You Feel Good and You Look good. The extra skin is the last part of this jounary and a minor part for the great appearance you presently have. Just think where you started and to think would you have ever gotten this far, specially you your boyfriends support. The next stag will just be another prize for you... YOuR Nunber ONE!!!
  14. I work out 3 maybe 4 (xtra cardio) days a week. i do 2 days(weekends) of cardio for 1 hour and workout for about 30mins after. the other days i work with a trainer for 30mins i have lost 102 lbs and tone up good.
  15. My Port was replaced with a low profile one... Yes, rest and recover and keep us posted! Would love to know if your port was involved at all...or is it high enough up that the doc wouldnt be near it?
  16. Hi Bob, had mine done May 3 I agree pain wasn't that bad after the first day. results ar pretty good and still healing. I thought the weight of the skin remove was more as well, Dr said most people believe that. mine was about 6 lbs.
  17. My panni is scheduled for May 3 2011, can't wait for the extra skin is removed. its cost about 7000 all together in the hospital and out patient. Has anyone seen a smaller waist ? do you see a difference? How long was it before you were able to move around? lots of pain?

I got a date for a panniculectomy but now was told that my port may have to be changed to a smaller one before the panniculectomy. i have to pay for the panniculectomy because the insurance don't cover it after 3 appeals and 5 doctor leters. Is it true that the port has to be changed? i keep hitting a brick wall,,,,,,,, help
  19. good luck, i couldn't get it covered... on my third appeal paying for it and hope to get appeal to cover it up
