    i guess not until my incisions are fully healed? not sure how long that takes. i’m doing okay trying to keep down 2 protein shakes and then other liquids in between. monday i start purée I’m looking forward to that !

    i’m on a 2 week pre op liquid diet which is 3 protein shakes a day and one small meal of 1 protein and 1 veggie for lunch or dinner
