I had my surgery on JUly 3rd. No complications at all. I've lost 15 lbs so far and have been stuck for a few days at that loss. I am so afraid I am not going to lose anymore. Prayers to all who are beginning this journey.

I'm feeling really good. one week out today!! Trying a couple of pureed foods also.

I am one week out today. I had my surgery last Monday. The worry and anxiety before were way worse than the past week has been. Today I feel really good.

I’m in Tennessee too. Born and raised here. I wonder if we are close. Are you in middle eastern or western Tennessee? I think we might be in the same town!!

I think going on previous surgeries I’ve had the fluid from the iv bags have to get out of your system. I had surgery on Monday and I was up 12 pounds when I came home from the hospital. Almost all of that is gone now. Hoping it starts going down for real now ?

Hi I am home after one night in the hospital. Very little pain. Just feel a little weak. July 12th will be here quickly ?

I have my surgery Monday at 9:00am. So nervous but excited as well. I’m afraid I’ll be the one person who doesn’t lose weight ??

I’m day 7 out of 14. This is hard. I wish I could have one meal. I’m so afraid I’ll get into surgery and be told I didn’t do it right.

I love my diet Dr Pepper too. I’ve gotten a large Diet Coke from McDonald’s everyday for 20 years. I’ve actually broken that habit. Im 8 days into the liquid diet. It’s been really hard. We are at the beach this week and I have some moments of wanting to cheat but I haven’t. I had trouble getting out of the ocean today and got a big reminder why im having this surgery What are you able to have during the two week plan?

Thanks Nananette. I’m at the beach until Saturday. Surgery is a week from Monday. The liquid diet is challenging right now. 8 days to go ?
