  1. I will look for that. Thank you!

  4. I'm supposed to get up to 120. That's almost impossible getting in my fluids, then trying to eat and drink protein shakes. Have any high protein tips and techniques? I'm struggling.
  5. Not even sure if that's my issue, but it's worth a shot.
  6. Try not to sweat it. My anesthesiologist had me out before I even knew. Next thing I remember was being rolled to recovery, and singing a tune. Literally.
  7. I get nauseous. I get blackout dizzy, on top of it. Literally so dizzy, I see my vision go to black. 25 Apr surgery. Hit 2 stalls. In the middle of one, now. I'm trying everything, especially with vitamins and supplements. Grind up vitamins into my shakes. Blender up the nasty iron chews into flavored water. All trying to absorb better. Not sure if it's working.
  8. Still stuck for a week. I can't express to disappointment.
  9. My surgery was the 25th of April. I hit 2 stalls. First after 2 weeks, then I lost 16 lbs. Stalled again for the last week. I'm down about 30 lbs since surgery. I just saw the nutritionist. He bumped me up to 8-900 calories from 6-700. Still seems like I don't eat anything. He said the stall should end, and I'm about 6% off where I should be. That was 4 days ago. Still zero loss since. Supposedly, this is normal. Sucks, though. I do have a cousin that had the same struggles, but she finally came out of it. She felt depressed that she went through it for nothing, but finally met her goal. I understand her feelings, and yours. I guess we just need to stick with it, and be patient. That's damn hard. Wish you success! Allen

  12. Thank you! I've watched many of the videos, and this provided the best explanation. Nutritionist broke my heart when he said I should have hit 15% excess weight loss by now. I was at 9%. Getting my water in, and averaging 800 calories, so it's hard to wonder why it's not progressing.
  13. April 25th surgery. Had two stalls, already. First was about 2 weeks in. Stuck for a week. Then I dropped 16 lbs in a week, now, stuck again for a week. Wish I knew what the bleep I've done wrong.
  14. Had mine Apr 25. One month in. Hitting the stall!!
