  1. Its funny... My doctor didn't really push the whole soft diet mushy food thing except for the first week after surgery. When I went to my one week check and asked him what i could do next, he said to me-just no shrimp or steak. Try things slowly but go to a regular diet. I about fell out of the chair but I did it and tolerated everything well. Still scare of bread but that will come. I am now patiently waiting for my first adjustment on the 8th of Jan, because sometimes I feel like I am eating to much even though i have cut way back. :tounge_smile:
