  1. Yes I am definitely getting my protein in and sipping my water all day. Tried this lamb dish last night it was so moist and went down good. Moist meats are important.
  2. Your absolutely right! Thank you for reminding me of this I did this for me and am taking care of me.
  3. I had surgery on 11/14. I am back to work full time and have a very high stress job. I am worried I may harm myself or fail due to my job. Work doesn't seem to be as supportive as you would expect.
  4. Hi guys, I had surgery on the 14th of this month and I feel really good. And I haven't had any problems since I left the hospital and am able to keep foods down and get my water goal daily. I feel really blessed, but I feel that the scale is moving slow. My doctor says its normal and not to weigh myself every day. Anyone else feel like the scale is moving slow?
  5. Hi I had surgery on the 14th and I am feeling great. I feel like I'm healing well. I had some pureed mushy egg salad today. It was so good and so much better than broth. I am brothed out and this is the hard part to me right now. I am going slow and small.
