Yes I am definitely getting my protein in and sipping my water all day. Tried this lamb dish last night it was so moist and went down good. Moist meats are important. -

I had surgery on 11/14. I am back to work full time and have a very high stress job. I am worried I may harm myself or fail due to my job. Work doesn't seem to be as supportive as you would expect. -

Hi guys, I had surgery on the 14th of this month and I feel really good. And I haven't had any problems since I left the hospital and am able to keep foods down and get my water goal daily. I feel really blessed, but I feel that the scale is moving slow. My doctor says its normal and not to weigh myself every day. Anyone else feel like the scale is moving slow? -

Hi I had surgery on the 14th and I am feeling great. I feel like I'm healing well. I had some pureed mushy egg salad today. It was so good and so much better than broth. I am brothed out and this is the hard part to me right now. I am going slow and small.
