I have the Patchaid Multivitamin Patch and a couple others. I was wondering if anyone has used these and only these *(no pills) and have had normal bloodwork. I want to know if they are effective enough. I hate my chewable vitamin.

Jan 10th here. It just got very real. My doctor is allowing a high protein diet 2 weeks before surgery and the liquid diet only 2 days before. Is this normal? I know everyone is a little different.

Hi all. I have a couple questions about surgery. Are you completely naked during surgery? And also I am estimated to have my period on the exact date of my surgery which is 1/10. I was wondering how that goes. I am a shy person so I worry about these things. Any information will be appreciated. Thank you
