Okay slow down and take a deep breathe. This is not thetime to panic. I pray that God gives you peace and guides the hands of the surgeons and that the surgery is a complete success with no complications. In Jesus mighty name. I felt the same way that you did. I was utterly scared and I even called the doctor's office to cancel but it happened to be closed. I prayed that same prayer and I believe God was with me through it all. So I believe I made the right choice. You're going to be just fine. Remember all the positive reasons why you are doing this and that includes being healthy for your daughter.

I bought Protein 2.0 Protein drink, bottled water, cup a soup soup packets and sugar free jello to start. I also found sugar free and fat free sorbet at Walmart. Remember small portions or your stomach will start cramping.

Mine's was the 7th and yes I'm struggling like crazy. I've been reading my medical bible and googling everything. I confess I did a small sample of what my daughter cooked for dinner Sunday and instantly regretted it. My stomach hurt but once I vomited I felt a whole lot better. So follow your outpatient instructions to the letter. There is a method to the madness.

If you're on a full liquid or clear research YouTube for creative ways to do. I didn't know until too late and I really struggled. Best wishes

I didn't have heartburn because they gave me this liquid to neutralize the stomach acid before surgery. It made me have a coughing fit behand. I did have pain in my chest area that I think maybe hunger pain idk. Everyday gets a little bit easier.

How about I got my period on day 2 of post op.
It's like at the top of my stomach. I just kind of brace and moan right through it. I forgot to fill my meds but then again I'm not one to take pain meds like that. I just try to tolerate it the best I can.

How about I got my period on day 2 of post op.
Yes, got my period on day 2 of post op. So I don't know if I'm cramping because of my period or it's hunger pains. I've never had cramps during my period in the past but I've always had heavy periods. Can someone help me figure this out. I'm in pain, seriously [emoji52]

Things I learned today…
What's good for one person may not be good or work for someone else. Skinny people think that all overweight people just sit around stuffing their face with food and that's not true at all. They don't understand our know what I feels like to be us

3 rd after surgery
I had mine Tuesday. I had the feeling also. It will get better. Just take it one day at a time. I think of it as a new birth a new beginning. You just have to retrain you body how to eat and your mind how to think. It would also help to get some therapy and an accountability partner. God bless you on your new journey.

Hey, I just had my surgery on the 7th too. The first day I don't remember anything outside of me being rolled in the OR then waking up in my hospital room. But today I feel great. No pain. I'm walking around, sipping on fluids. Going home tomorrow. My surgeon was awesome. I had a very good experience. I'm just looking at this as a rebirth. We got this. Be blessed.
