I am so feeling you. 18 days out. I am worried this isn’t gonna work for me. I think my head is still in my addiction trying to get me to give up again. Believe in the process. I truly am trying to live one day at a time. Lol. I didn’t realize how much i relied on food for my entertainment, happiness and mood. My brain is freaking out. What did you do?! We need to eat!!

And it is mot really nausea. It just feels stuck and then kind of like but not really heartburn. I take half then pace bd pace and pace but nothing but vomiting helps

I was told to break my one pill i rake in half. Oh man. I have done that but it is HORRIBLE. I fight the throwing up - i am day ten so it is water but it is painful. You are not alone.

Good for you Erin. I think although this is a challenging process it is worth it. What woke me up and made me decide to move forward with surgery was reading an after dr visit note that said ‘she has been obese most of her adult life’. Whoa. I had been in this war for most of my adult life. Time to bring in reinforcements, the right equipment and tools and dig in to win.

I have donated any that aren’t post surgery comfy. I won’t need them Then I got rid of things I didn’t love or even really like but they were the best I could find fir my size. Hoping to purchase clothes I actually like soon enough.

Has anyone tried the little protein jello shot like things that are available on amazon?

I had a bad nonstop headache for first few days. Finally realized it was probably caffeine withdrawal. My surgery was moved up due to a last minute schedule opening and I didn’t get to diet prep like I should have.

I was May 6th!

I am two days out and that pain is real. I am asking for advice too so don’t have any answers -just want you to know you are not alone.

I am two days out and when I take a sip of water I get a sharp pain coming up from my solar plexus area and into my chest. It is sharp and horrible. Is this normal? Is it just gas? Also-anyone else gurgle in their throat when they drink?
