Thanks everyone the scale moved down again this morning..i feel ok.my first fill is on Tuesday i hope i can see the scale move faster..i am going to try my best not to weight everyday..its hard REALLY HARD.but thank you for the support.i live this sure really makes you feel good that there are others who understand

So i know they say not to weight your self everyday but i just cant help it. i six weeks out of surgery now and have started solids...basiclly everything just smaller portions. i have even started excercising. so the scale has always givin me a drop or stayed the same. but today i get on the scale and the scale says i put two pounds on...WTH. im so bummed. then to add to my day someone asked me if i was pregnant...R U SERIOUS...its been down hill all day. please tell me someone that this is just a fluke and i will start to lose again. surgery june 29th...270lb now.........................250lb..20lbs down
  3. I had surgery on June 29th.day of surgery 270 I'm now down to 247...23lbs down. I have thyroid disease and have not had my meds changed yet.I'm on 250mcg. Hoping one day to not have meds at all but i guess we will see
  4. mine is right under my left boob..not really even noticeable.the only thing that had bothered me is my under wire bras After a long time sitting because the wire pushes into the port
  5. i still can't sleep on my stomach and its been a month since i was banded..very sore..like a bruise to push on the port area
  6. i started taking biotin..its a vitamin you can find in Walmart helps with hair and nails..very small pill ready to take
  7. surgery was done on June 29th everything went awesome feel great.down 20lb. scars are fading fast and the anti nausea worked wonders
  8. talking to my surgeon yesturday he told me they're is no reason to stop trying to conceive...so the only thing he has said is don't get pregnant this month because i'm having my band surgery on the 29 th..woohoo...other then that he told me to go for it..but i have also been trying for 7 years.

  10. Finally..got my surgery date. Thought i was waiting forever but listening to everyone else guess it really wasn't that long. saw the surgeon for the first time on may 31st and now heard from them today that my insurance has come back with an approval and i sceduled for surgery on June 29th...Im sooo excited cant wait to get the show on the road. I have a per op appointment on the 15th and a upper GI test on the 22nd then surgery on the 29th.Going to be a busy month.
  11. went and saw the surgeon today for my first pre opt appointment and while talking was told that when getting the lap band there is no reason to stop ttc...so i'm super excited and am going to keep trying..thanks everyone
