  13. Dude, I feel you! I always had a big butt I'm currently trying to tone and add muscle to that area but sitting is a real problem for me. I was wondering if it was just me so thanks for posting. It's nice to know I'm not alone
  14. This is my progress so far 8 months post op and 18 lbs from my goal weight. HW 225 SW 197 CW 134 HT 5'1"
  15. NSV for me is wearing these beautiful shoes for 9 hours!
  16. Try a rosemary oil hair mask for 10-15 minutes 2 x a week and massage your scalp. It's helped me a lot. My hair is long it goes down to my butt and it was getting really thin, I lost a ton of hair. I started doing the mask and in about 2 weeks I had new growth. I still do the mask 2 x a week to prevent any more hair loss. I hope this helps [emoji171]

  18. A long cell phone charging cord, chapstick, toothbrush and a book. I packed a bunch of other stuff and never used it. Best of luck to you!
  19. Thanks everyone! My surg team says I can't use anything topical, but they are having me try some oral steroids. Fingers crossed it will work
  20. Hey everybody, I am 5 days post op and my incision sites are itching like crazy. I still have my staples - they get removed on the 25th- my question is what can I do about the itching? I can't use lotions or creams but I'm thinking maybe bio oil? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
  21. I am feeling much better and doing as much walking as I can so I have very little gas pain today. I ended up with an abdominal binder and it helped with the pain so much. I wear it when I go on my longer walks or in the car. I've met my intake goals for the last 3 days in a row. I'm feeling very positive. The most difficult part for me right now is that I am craving meat. I still have a couple weeks to go until I actually get to chew meat but the days are going by more quickly than I thought they would. It helps that I'm napping a lot lol. I hope every one here is well and moving forward

  23. Had my surgery yesterday. Still in hospital, hopefully I will be discharged tomorrow. I'm sore and tired, but my vitals are good. Time for another nap
  24. My surgery is the same day! Good luck to you
