1/11/2001 I was 375 lbs when I went in for RNY GB surgery. I lost 95lbs and have kept that off for 21 years. I've gone lower but always end back to that 270/280 range. I've developed issues with motility and ibs. My surgeon and I have decided to go for a distal gastric bypass. He feels that this will help with the motility issues and help me lose the 100lbs that would put me in a healthy range
