  1. I've found that Fairlife protein shakes are good but I also like the gatorade zero with protein. That one counts as water and protein!
  2. Missie, I also had my sleeve surgery on Dec. 22nd. I'm following my doctor's plan for the most part but I've eaten a few things that are further along(only soft things) because I've not had any problems eating anything. I'm getting in my protein pretty easily but getting my water is hard. Especially when I'm not supposed to drink 30 mins before I eat and not until 30 mins after. When you eat 6 tiny meals a day, that hour of waiting takes a lot of your water drinking time away. Plus, I'm a school teacher and I'm constantly going! I'm ready to hit that 6 week mark! Almost there!
