Hi, yes October 21. Start weight 15st 1lb and my current weight is 11 stone 3lb. Id hoped to have lost more but am definitely alot healthier and happier. It's the best thing I've ever done. Any advice on how to kick start the loss again would be much appreciated. I have lost anything in about 6months. Thanks 😊

I'm 2 weeks and 2 days post op. This is exactly how I felt! Now 2 weeks later, not as much but I do feel a bit shell shocked. I don't think any amount of research can really prepare you for it. It's a massive deal. Food is a big thing and your body has gone through a lot. Try to remember why you done and how the weight held you back. You obviously done it for the right reasons. I'm not due to start pureed foods until Sunday, but couldn't face any more shakes. I had one scrambled egg yest (Wednesday) and today I'm having pureed veg with gravy. Anyone else started the puree stage a bit sooner, how are you getting on?

Hi, has anyone else noticed purple raised blotches where they've been injecting their blood thinners? Only 2 more injections to do, thank god. But the blotches are strange and have stayed from the first day I done them. Thanks

That's brilliant that your almost at the puree stage. Where did you have your surgery? I went to turkey so there won't be any post op doctor appointments. I'll just stick to what they said to do.

I done that tonight. 😊 My child left the crust from his pizza and ... I chewed it and spit it out lol. Thank god I'm not the only one 👍

Hi, I had my sleeve on October 27th. Any help with the cravings is greatly welcomed. I'm only 8 days post op and am dreaming of what I'll have for my puree stage. Not at all hungry, just miss actually eating?! Oh and the best part is I've already lost 13lb 🙂
