  1. I’ve started soft foods 2 weeks post op as liquid agoes straight through me, I was allowed purée foods but imm managing to eat sift vegetable mash and mashed salmon a couple of bites. Does this harm me doing it so early on?
  2. I’m allowed puréed food from day 2 here in the uk but it hurt going down so they told me to go back on soups for a few days. I’m going between the two and everything not just soup seems to go through me, I did have an issue before surgery with some foods but this is everything.
  3. Does anyone know why whenever I eat it goes straight through me, I put my spoon down every mouthful sip of soup for 1 minute . I’m 2 weeks Monday post op.
  4. Thank you, in the uk we are asked to take puréed foods from the second day of surgery and I’m able to eat 1-2 tablespoons per day. it hurts to go down a little but I guess that’s normal? also will I ever be able to take a pill again in pill form rather than crushed? I know not yet but ever?
  5. Hi there, I had my sleeve done on Monday the 11th of October it was spring on me at very short notice and I’m not educated enough on this. I was wondering if someone could tell me if sipping tiny little amounts on a teaspoon of a broth is a way to get more fluids in? I am only getting through 1-1/2 cups of water a day.
