    I had my bypass 10/14/21. Four days post-op. Still having a lot of pain, but working through it. Started phase two of my post-op diet today. It is hard to take in the protein. Sipping small amounts at a time. Water intake, no issues. I love my water. I was 270 start weight. 254 pre-op, and 238 4 days post-op.
