  1. I had a stomach virus the first week of November, couldn't vomit and ended up in the emergency room and then the hospital for 3 days. I had a complete unfill until 2 weeks ago and had 2cc put back in ( I was at 5cc before I got sick, I hadn't gained until I recieved the fill,) now I can't seem to get full, I have gained 5 pounds the last 2 weeks...why didn't the doctors go ahead a put the whole 5cc's back in?? I am confused. THE FLU WAS DEFINITELY THE WORST EVER!!!Not being able to vomit was the worst feeling!!
  2. I am having the same problem, at times food feels like it is stuck and then other times I can eat quite a bit with no problems at all. I am scheduled for a fill on Friday, August 29th and I don't know if I should have one. I am almost 2 months out since surgery (June 27th) and I have lost 35 pounds, but only 5 in the last 3 weeks. I hope someone will have an answer for us!!!
  3. I also was banded on June 27, at first I was afraid to drink anything and now I'm to the point I'm never hungry. I can't believe you ate popcorn chicken!! Wasn't you worried it would effect the healing process of your band? All I have is bunches of protein water, yogurt, milk with unjury, and soup. The only things I have chewed is my multivitimans and calcium pills. I only have to be on liquids for 2 weeks after surgery, then mushy foods. Are you sure you have to be on liquids for 6 WEEKS...that IS bad!!
  4. hi! I also had my surgery on June 27, 2008. I don't feel much restriction either but I am just sooo afraid to eat to much or too fast!!I sometimes feel a knot in my breastbone area, is that what the restriction feels like? Kinda uncomfortable. I have lost 6 pounds since my surgery.
