Maybe start practicing the pre op diet people drop pounds fast with that. It’s going to work out didn’t come this far to let 8lbs stop you! You got this !!!

My pre op diet is about to start soon ( pretty much nothing but liquids ) and everything in me wants to eat ALL THEE ABOVE NOW lol before it starts. Anyone else feeling like this. Kinda like this might be my last time eating it so what the hell! LolHaven’t had my surgery yet , my mom has and she went through this as well. It will change once you go back to work but I will tell you what I told her . Once you accept this as your new normal you’ll be fine. We get so stuck our ways that when change comes its like woahhhh! You’ll be fine! Enjoy the new you that’s comingFound out today the doc and insurance company is at war. Everyone is blaming the other and I’m stuck in the middle without an approval. Follow up will be Tuesday praying I get my approval especially since I’m suppose to start pre op diet On Wednesday!We are in the same boat I’m 2 weeks and 6 days away and I’m losing my mind without my insurance approval. I to was denied and now my doc and insurance is having battle and I’m caught In the middle. I’ll be praying for us both because my anxiety is through the roofI’ve been calling them so much I’m surprised they didn’t block my number. LolI have the same and I’m currently waiting ! It’s driving me crazy.Anyone in the same boat as me. Not so patiently waiting for insurance approval ??? My anxiety is through the roof.
