  2. :scared2:I would like to be a part of the over 60's group. Ihave not been banded yet, but I hope to by the end of the year. I have had some anxiety issues about getting the lap band. (what kind of a life will I have after, friends telling me not to do it, I will loose initially, but gain it back.) I'm working through these things pretty well, I have had extra psychological counselling, which is helping, also I've gone to some weight loss support group meetings.
  3. I am 61 years old and haven't been banded yet, but I hope to by the end of the year. I have had to have extra psychological sessions because of anxiety of the unknown (life after lapband). I'm coming around pretty good, after going to support group meetings and talking to people who have had the surgery, (and are actually alive and well and happy to have done it. I would like to be a part of this over 60 group.
