Has anyone gone to the back on track program at their local weight loss clinic?

I'm a failure...PLEASE HELP ME!!!
I also feel like a failure. I had surgery on july 1, 2008. I lost 52 lbs. I have maintained but not lost anymore. I was exercising three hours a day for 4 months and didnt loose a thing. I cannot eat very much at a time no bread at all. I dont think i go over 1500 cal per day on a bad day and maybe 1000 on most days. I am very tight. I really didnt want to loose very fast because i didnt want to have such terrible sagging skin. But i havent lost anything since january. I am thinking of a revision to vertical sleeve so that i dont always feel like something in in my throat. I havent exercised in two months due to sorriness and disgust. I am under a lot of stress due to our business that has been going down. We are trying to sell but no luck. I have been feeling sorry for myself. I hope someone has a suggestion for me.

How do you get back on the wagon?
I also was getting in the habit of slider foods. I have always had at least one shake a day to get in the protein. I also was eating bad slider foods. It is difficult to make the time to sit and eat slowly. I can even get stuck with scrambled eggs when I dont sit down and take my time. Sometimes chicken gets stuck no matter what I do. I think when I started to eat things I shouldnt was when I was run down and tired from the restriction of food. I am only doing the pouch track to get back started and then with all the excercise I will increase calories.

How do you get back on the wagon?
I know it sounds like alot but I really do enjoy it and it is not all at once. I do it several times a day. We live in the country so I just walk out the door. I also am doing the pouch test and it really does work. I am not hungry at all.

How do you get back on the wagon?
I too was banded in July and lost 57 pounds but I have gained about 5 pounds recently because I wasnt exercising twice a day for an hour. Now I am back on the excercising and the five pounds are almost gone but I wanted to be at goal in a year. I am upping the cardio to three hours a day.

Do you keep your 'fat' clothes?
Hey guys. I am very proud of all of us. In the past I did keep my clothes but with the surgery they are gone as soon as I go down. I am in a 12 dress and pants and so excited. I hope to get to an 8 but a 10 will be great for me too. I think sizes are a little bigger now a days because before at this weight I couldnt wear a 12. I really think that exercise is the biggest key. I have spent about 1400 dollars on new clothes but I feel I am worth it since I didnt buy very many before when I was heavier. Yeah us!!!

Home Excercise Options
I am with Jachut. I have a treadclimber and I use it when the weather is not so nice. Most of the time I walk outdoors twice a day for an hour. We live in the country. I also like the Leslie Sansone videos. She has a new one that is a 4 mile. I love it because it works your upper body too. I have 30 more pounds to go and I am thinking of jogging soon. I think I can do it. I will start out slow. I broke my ankle 11 years ago and I dont want to reinjure it. That's how I got as high as I did. I feel so good when I walk, Its not just for exercise I pray, think and get to be by myself. It's great. Good Luck Everyone.

Starting the holiday detox early, anyone wanna join me?
Well I was on the 5 day pouch test and a few days in my sister's house burned and her husband, daughter and baby came to live with us for a few weeks. I contunued my excercise but I ate all day every day. My nerves were shot as were theirs. I am starting hopefully again in the morning. I need a fill but want to be back on track for a week before going in. Please pray for me and my sister.

Is anyone else COLD all the time?
I am cold all the time too. I thought I might be anemic. I have never been cold and I was small until I was 34 years old. Big for about 11 years. I am going to bring it up to my doctor when I go back. I take my vitamins but not twice a day. It is hard to remember.

Terrible Thanksgiving Backsliding
I did terrible too. I had my third fill on the 12th of November so that I wouldnt eat on Thanksgiving and I was really tight until the week of Thanksgiving then I didnt feel anything at all. But today I feel pretty tight. I think that is so odd. I gained 2.5lbs but am going back down now. Can you stretch your pouch in a few days?

Need help with portion control
I really blew it during Thanksgiving. I got a fill on the 12th so I wouldnt and had restriction for a few weeks but on Thanksgiving I didnt really feel it. I ate small amounts throughout the day. I even ate bread which I have not been able to do. Did you sometimes have restriction for only a few weeks?

First fill and nothing - suggestions please!
I was banded on july 1st. Had my first fill six weeks later with a little restriction then felt nothing. No restriction but still stuck with the food guide lines. No cheating and walking 45 min a day twice a day. Had a fill on oct 8th no restriction and still stuck with the food until the end of october. Ate some things i shouldn't but was trying to see if i would get full. I didnt. Then called for another fill on nov 12th. I am very tight. I have to eat very slowly and try to take very small bites. I am glad to have the restriction. Exercise is key though and a good protein and veggie diet. Stick with it. You will do great. No more bread. Ha! Ha!

Restriction question
Are you getting enough protein. You will be hungry if you are not eating at least 70-80 grams of protein a day. I feel you are close to restriction because things get stuck and it is hard to eat some things. Maybe in a few weeks you need another fill. I am walking 2 hours a day and have just started doing some strength training and i hope this will help tighten up some areas. Protein is the key. Good luck.
