  4. I had mine Tuesday December 1. I am struggling and need help! I can’t seem to get enough fluids and worried about dehydration! I take one small small sip and feels like it’s coming back and sitting which gives me extreme pain. I’ve walked and moved around and I’ve been popping gas x like tictac. Anyone have advise on how to get past this stage????? I’ve already cried questioning my decision to have this! HELP PLEASE!
