I am on liquids for a December 9 RNY surgery and lapband removal. It’s getting very real. Nerves are coming and going in waves. Just trying to stay busy. I can’t believe I’ll be on liquids until Christmas Eve. 😬

I am approaching my clear liquid day and have nectar roadside lemonade and fuzzy navel powders. Are they considered clear liquids? I don’t want to buy a clear bottles shake if I already have something I enjoy in my cabinet.

Just got my FMLA approval letter for work. Surgery is on the 9th. All that is still pending is my pre surgery COVID test. Things are very real now and nerves are kicking in.

December 9th I will have my lap as removed and get gastric bypass. Preop diet begins right after thanksgiving. Looking for the best clear protein now.

I had to fill out a questionnaire then had a teleconference with the psychologist. It was a lovely discussion and he sent my approval to my surgeon the next day. Guess I was lucky. But he is on a board of Bariatric providers writhing my community, maybe that experience helps?

I am in the process of pre-op for Gastric Bypass in December. I have purchased the multi vitamin and calcium chews in advance but am in the process of open enrollment at my job. One thing I need to determine is my medical expenses for the upcoming year. I was wondering if anyone paid for their vitamins through their FSA account?
