All of those of you who have been trying to contact me... Was just able to get back online... am on a borrowed computer. Our home burned down (total loss) on Oct 28, and we are kind of bouncing around until we can figure out what we are going to do. God is working things out for us though and I will holler when things settle back into a somewhat nromal routine! Keep us in your prayers!

40 years! That is wonderful! I hope to be back to a normal size by the time I have my 40. I went to my 30, and I was HUGE! Thank you for the comments! It really gave me a boost! You keep up the godo work and keep in touch! Hope to see "less of you" soon!

your quilts are beautiful.. I only attempted quilting one time... a family quilt for my stepdaughter for Christmas year before last.. it was a trip! Good luck with your diet/band!

I just went through a bad spell with my band being too tight, and seems like overnight, the flood gates have opened up and I need another fill! lol! Hope to see "less of you" in the near future!

I know what you mean! One of my incentives to lose was to get back to riding horseback (wouldn't get on the poor thing until I got back down to at least 250, which is the maximum any Equestrian farm will allow! lol)... I have been riding every day now for about 6 months, and I can even "round them up from the field" without being short of breath and feeling like I was going to have a heart attack! lol! Next thing I need to master is saddling up without having to use a bucket to get in the saddle (16 hands high horse!) lol! I have also had knee surgery and have very weak knees, so getting the rest of this weight off will help that as well, I am sure. I have lost 85 pounds so far and have 65 to go... I will update pics soon, still not comfortable in front of the camera yet! lol! Good luck and hope to see "less of you" soon!
