Hi all! I had rny back in Nov of 2010. After losing my dad and Gma back to back 2yrs ago I gained the weight back. Is there a revision that can be done since I’ve already had rny?

I had my RNY Gastric Bypass 10yrs ago in November. I don’t relate to losing slow with the bypass. I was under my goal weight by 7 months with mine.

Thank you sooooo much!!!! I have not gone back to my surgeon because he is in Louisiana and I’m now in Oklahoma. If I can’t find someone good in the 2 closest cities to me then I’ll be driving all the way to Louisiana ? I hated leaving but my husband was military and it was time to move ? He’s retired now. Great idea as far as the logging of all of my intake. I know I don’t get enough water because I don’t like it. Again,thanks you so much!!!

Thank you so much for the condolences. And a BIG thank you for the encouragement!!! I feel so alone! My family as a whole is not supportive. My husband and youngest daughter are,that’s it. Everyone else kept telling me when I got down to my smallest that I looked like a crack whore and I was way too skinny. I either hear them in my head or I hear myself in my head for getting back to this!

I agree,nothing is really working. I think I might need to get my thyroid checked out too. I put the weight back on quick after losing my Gma. I am so sorry you’re going through this as well!!

I had rny gastric bypass and am wondering if I can have a revision surgery done.

Can anything be done for someone like myself that has fallen off the wagon? I had gastric bypass in nov of 2010 and within the last year and a half put it back on after my Gma died.

Do any of you know if anything can be done after gastric bypass? I had gastric 10yrs ago and within the last year have put the weight back on after my grandma died.
