  1. I have had both of my tubes removed. I am unable to get pregnant.
  2. Has this happened to anyone? I have been fine and be able to eat just about anything. I’m still eating healthy food and not a lot. I’m only able to handle about 5 bites. Starting this past Saturday if I take a bite of ANYTHING I get super nauseous and feel the urge to vomit. And then on Monday I had not eaten or drank anything recently but randomly got super sick to my stomach and wanted to throw up. Even water gets me sick. I feel fine otherwise. No fever no other symptoms. I’m not eating heavy foods, I’m eating the same healthy food like I have been. Nothing has changed.

  8. Wednesday is my 1 month anniversary since I had my sleeve done. Altogether I have lost 34 lbs and since the morning of my surgery I have lost 22lbs. But I am am stuck at 277. Not gaining but not loosing either! Is it normal to hit a plateau this soon? What are some tricks to move past it?

  10. I just found this app and it seems like so much help already! I had my surgery 8/5/2020 so tomorrow marks 1 week post op! Is anyone else having any issues getting all your liquids in for the day? I think that’s what I’m struggling with the most at this point.
  11. I believe it’s 4 weeks for a light workout. At least that’s what it is per my doctor.
