  9. I feel pretty good. Not much stomach pain, my back hurts more than my stomach. Sometimes water feels like it's getting stuck in my chest but it goes way. Burping hurts sometimes too. But all in all I feel great, just sore Sent from my QTAXIA1 using BariatricPal mobile app
  10. I'm 4 days post op but on my 2 week pre op diet I was allowed 2 cups of veggies a day along with my shakes. I'd have a cup of raw broccoli and cauliflower with a lite fat free dressing and in the evening I'd do a small salad with lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower, and onions or I'd saute fresh green beans with onions. I also got to choose my shakes, I did failure. Hope it gets easier for you. I could also have sugar free jello if I felt hungry. Sent from my QTAXIA1 using BariatricPal mobile app

  12. I'm 4 days post op and I feel pretty good. I had surgery on Wednesday the 14th and on Thursday I told them no more hard narcotics. I couldn't wake up, all I wanted to do was sleep. My stomach was sore but never really hurt but my back was killing me. Try to walk as much as possible. I'm still gassy and sometimes it hurts when I burp but I feel great. Give yourself time. 13. I couldn't do the premiere protein shakes. The Fairlife protein shakes are awesome!!! U have to order them online but you can find then in convenience stores. Also Walmart has Protein2O waters that have 10-15 grams of protein that will help also. I just went thru all of this. My surgery was on the 14th
