  1. Hey Nikki! I absolutely feel this. I had surgery on 7/1 and I’ve been very selective about who I told. My daughter and she didn’t tell her siblings, husband, sister and 3 close friends. However, I told my mom afterwards. I knew she wouldn’t understand. She never understands. ??‍♀️ But she was supportive. People are mean. And honestly, it’s just none of their business. I told everyone of them, if I could lose 100lbs on my own, I would’ve. It wasn’t because I didn’t try! It wasn’t because I was inactive. It was because I couldn’t and it was getting the best of me. It is a tool. It helps. You work hard even with surgery! And no one should judge or discredit that. ❤️
  2. BLUV CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! Good thoughts and prayers for an easy procedure!!!
  3. YAY!!! Nothing but good things coming your way!!!! #liveyourbestlife
  4. From what my doctor said that varies. I too, feel my hunger pains. But then I eat and can’t. I don’t think you have anything to worry about. I did not use meds when I came home. I was mostly sleepy. Lol! But I’m good now! Every doctor has their way. As long as we are healthy and lining our best life.
  5. I’ve started chicken salad! It’s been going down well. I was putting it in my ninja but there wasn’t much difference so I just mash it up. That has given me a little variety. And o NEEDED it! My go to snack has been crystal light slushees! It helps fools and helps me get in my liquids! I did have a received bean dip one day and it was delish! Not really a dip but beans and a little cheese. You are doing great! Keep killing it!
  6. I just walk right now. I do some arm lifts. Once I get my clearance to work out, I’ll explore more options.
  7. My surgery was July 1st. I am down approx. 30lbs. It’s been different. I had an allergic reaction to my vitamins, but other than that, adjusting well. I am at the puréed stage and that has been a huge relief! I am ready for a real meal though! Hope everyone is doing well and are having success!
