Congrats!! Wishing you a speedy recovery! I was sleeved on the 2nd and reacted the same way! The first day was rough throwing up every time i went to burp!! But it definitely gets better!!

good to know! I'm starting to think it wasn't dumping and quite possibly just my sleeve rejecting all the fruit. I did feel nauseous and gross with some cramps. But none of the shakiness or heart palpitations and vomiting I usually hear of with dumping

Help! I just made myself a protein shake with unflavored zero carb isopure, less than 1/2 cup of almond milk, a small banana and a few pieces of frozen peach and strawberry. I took 2 or 3 sips and within 20 min started feeling nauseous and queezy. I'm not sure if this is dumping syndrome or if it just didn't sit well in my sleeve. Can natural sugar from fruit cause dumping?? Any advice is appreciated!

The incision where I had my drain was open and still leaking for about a week post op. I'm a little over 2 weeks out and it has completely closed and scabbed over now. Please contact your surgeon.

Officially 15 days post op woo! Sleeved on 7/2/20. The first week of liquids was pretty rough for me. But I got through it. Almost through full liquids now. I thought I was starting to do well, but these last 2 days have been rough. I keep having this sweet taste in the back of my throat and it keeps me nauseous all day long!! I'm trying to drink plenty of water and at least get my protein down. But I'm feeling too sick for anything else 🙃 also having what I believe is kidney stone pain. Very fun! I guess its just time to keep pushing.

Hi y'all, I'm almost 2 weeks post op from my surgery (7/2/2020) . I'm currently on the full liquid phase and I'm sick of everything being so sweet! Between my protein shakes and jello everything is overwhelmingly sweet. I've been trying some low sodium blended veggie soups and those help a bit. Does any one have recipes or suggestions on how they made it through full liquids with some savory options?? Thanks in advance!
