  1. I was sleeved on 2/27/2020. I was extremely nervous, but knew I needed to help myself. I was diabetic, HBP, arthritis and had sleep apnea. I had no complications during or after surgery, no gas pains or nausea. It’s only been 2 1/2 months and I have loss 5o lbs and no longer on meds for diabetes, no arthritis pain and only on half my dosage of HBP meds. I would do it all over again. Ultimately the choice is yours... I wish you well.

  3. I was sleeved on 2/27/2020. My surgeon gave me a script for gallbladder t o begin 4 weeks after surgery.
  4. Homemade Salisbury steak with mushroom gravy, cauliflower mashed potatoes and steam broccoli... 4oz patty, 3 pc broccoli and 1/4 cup cauliflower mash
  5. Blended tortilla soup, avocados, tuna, white flaky fish.
  6. Hi! I had my surgery on 2/27/20. I usually have greek yogurt for breakfast with a piece of turkey bacon or real turkey breakfast sausage... no problems. I have loss 30 lbs since surgery.. all together 48 lbs counting 2 week pre surgery diet. I too was over 300 lbs.
  7. Try Fairlife protein shakes 30 grams of protein.
