  3. I get rid of everything that doesn't fit and it is amazing for my mindset! I usually buy a couple pairs of leggings and jeans for the size I'm in. Once I can start pulling them off without unbuttoning, I get rid of and size down.
  4. Yeah my dietician/nutritionists was about on par with the others. She was always really fast and not real interested in things... Most information came from my doctor in his handout
  5. My doctor told me 70 grams protein, 35 grams carbs, 700 calories

  8. My DR gave me these macros for his goal weight for me.. 70g/protein 35g/carbs 28g/fat 700 calories... Least amount of sugar as possible
  9. I slept so much the first few days... I don't really remember much of it
  10. I just take one in the mornings. Your body only absorbs what it needs and the rest is passed through your urine.
  11. Surgery was 6/8. I too get sleepy after eating... I thought it was just me
  12. I'll second this... I also get the petites and usually break them in half to make it easier to swallow.

  14. Sleeved 6/8. My doctor said yes to shrimp and melted cheese. I've ate Shrimp 2x. Both times I was only able to eat 2 pieces.
  15. I had surgery the same day you did. I've lost 21. My surgery weight was 209 and I weighed 188 this morning. The last two weeks have been slowing going. I'm 34, 5'0, my heaviest weight was 219. I understand the frustration but I just keep trudging along. I can't stomach any more protein shakes!!! I've been managing to get most of my protein in with food now. If you'd like a buddy on this journey I'm more than willing!
