hey hun! soz took a lil while to get back to ya. The last post i did was about 3 weeks ago, i have been slacking! lol You are less than 50lbs from your goal! wooo hooo! prob even less now, cos u sent me a msg ages ago lol Forget the fast diets...they dnt work....well only for the short term, but u will prob end up gaining what you lost. Weight has been slow, i even gained...since i had to have an emergency unfill...but im working on losing what i have gained! I knew this process was slow....but this slow....come on!1 lol

I here the team there is really good! So are you all prepared? I tell ya, the ride hasnt been an easy one for me but i dont regret it for one second! xxx U gotta keep me updated on ya progress, if you ever need any support or wanna ask any questions im here! xx

hey. sorry to hear u having trouble, the first week can be tough...the first few days i could hardly get any liquids down, but keep on persisting....each day does get better and as u heal u will able to get more liquids in. did u get gas pain?
