  1. I also go not care for eggs or bananas. I also do not like artificial sweeteners. So I struggled hard my first 10 weeks after surgery. I was able to get my protein with FairLife Milk and CorePower protein drinks. I am now 6 months post op. I can not eat bacon or sausage. It makes me rather nauseous. I would suggest trying other things that provide protein with less fat and sodium. But who am I to say. I do not want to return to my bad eating habits. I struggle with being able to exercise due to me being handicapped. We all have our own struggles and vices. I recommend searching your soul. Find out what and who you are in your self. It is not an easy process, but you find out what you have been lying to yourself about for years, in my case decades. After all if you have told yourself this crap, what have you told others. Be true to yourself , or your life will be false to you.
