I was banded on May 19, 08 by Dr. Ren. All went well, weight loss is very slow. Any advise??

I had my surgery May 19th and have only lost 7 pounds. I am waiting to have my 2nd fill - July 22nd. Not the quick fix I was hoping for, -

I just had surgery, May 19, 2008. I didn't tell too many people. I did not want to hear their opinions on my decision and frankly I did not care what they thought. -
