  1. It’s so hard not to compare, I can still put away food if I graze and I know that’s not using the tool we have so everyone will vary and our bodies all hold weight differently and out exercise levels etc. First month I assume is the best, then will get to find out normal. I’d be good with 10-14 per month but will have to see; so far 21 month 1 but don’t expect that every month as lush as it would be
  2. I was always told it’s a flat no to fizzy, so have been too scared to even contemplate! I have read others do but stir it and take fizz out. Luckily (or not) I always preferred juice which is sugary and also not ideal!
  3. Hi sleevers, I know lots of posts about sickness but don’t worry Linda for everyone that has trouble there must be others that don’t. I’ve been lucky so far but I’m Endoscopic Sleeve so no idea if that makes a difference, The loss is great all round, my stall has gone thank goodness and back to losing, 21lb since 28th Sep, onwards and downwards xx
  4. I just seem to set unrealistic targets for myself constantly with weighing and my post op follow ups they keep telling me to fortnightly weigh and stop making myself miserable as it can alter my mood daily! So that’s what I’ll try to do. hope everyone feeling good I’m just about feeling ready to exercise again and have my energy back now
  5. Hi everyone I’m a September sleever Uk 28/09/19 i was sick and had to do an extra night in hospital (esg sleeve) but doing well now just over two weeks out, no more pain wahooooo. im down 18lb total which I’m happy with, having a stall at the moment but have had a word with myself, put my scales always in the cupboard and will stop weighing daily as it’s not helping my mental state!
