So nothing wacky for me today. I got an email after I was dressed from maurices that it’s national dress day. So I’m ready for that. Sophie I thought of you while I was putting on my jean jacket. I have a feeling I’m either getting taken to lunch today or a cake. Another downfall of working with all overweight people. I’d be happy with a bowl of fruit. 😉. Here’s my OOTD.

P.S. I took a selfie this morning and caught my hair in the mirror. Gosh it’s long. No wonder my hubby is scared for my hair appointment in a few weeks. 😂

I haven't got to that point yet ..but my niece is one year out and doing the same things you mentioned and she said about 15,000 it will cost her and she consulted with one of the best in new jersey. Hope this helps.

the best advice I can give is stay on this forum as much as you can I was on here 8 hours a day (easy at desk nobody over my shoulder job) for three months before my surgery therefore my head was in the game and I understood all the changes I had to be prepared for . I was such a expert on any question you could ask about this surgery and what follows just be a sponge and soak up as much information as you can. and start eating now the way you will have to for life... this is a very exciting time for you and congratulations on making this decision to forever change your life...…….
