  1. Because I had a sleeve before they are not having me meet with a nutritionist, even though I never meet with one for my previous surgery. I have yet to have my first appointment with the surgeon other than my EGD. So I got my answer thanks!
  2. I really like Kumbucha and was thinking about getting into making it. Is there anyone that drinks it here? I know it has some carbonation and sugar so I wasn't sure if it was a no no. Thanks
  3. I can tell you that they won't be worried about your MVC because it isn't high enough to cause a big concern. I work in the medical field and was told this by a DR. But, I don't understand why they make ranges if someone can be off but it's not concerning. Don't stress to much over it
  4. I totally agree with the reflux theory. When I first started getting reflux, I was at the dentist one day (1990's) and they said I had sum gum issues. I asked if it could be related to reflux and they said no. I am glad that dentists now agree that it is an issue!
  5. I had a sleeve done when I was 33 and now I am 54 and having a revision Sept 16th. I am a little nervous because of my age but looking forward to all the positive physical changes that are coming!
  6. Maybe all the extra chewing?
  7. Welcome to the group! I would suggest upping your water intake. I try to drink a glass every-time I use the bathroom. Also if you can get some walking in, maybe work your way up to 20 minutes a day. Hope this helps!
  8. I had 2 lumbar surgeries in one year and the most helpful thing was PT, it really helped me!
  9. Welcome to the group Greg, nice to "meet" you!
  10. Sirena2020, I am revising because I have a fistula between my sleeve and residual stomach and the reflux too. I will let you know how it goes Thank-you!
  11. Thanks for the information! I have prime and never thought to look there for exercise videos!
  12. Where can I find Celery Juice or do you make your own?
  13. I have my revision in September and cant wait for the acid reflux/gerd to go away! Happy for you!
  14. What are you thinking of for the Plastic Surgery? I had a tummy tuck a year after my sleeve in 1999. I hoping I didnt do to much damage! I think you are stressing to much on the number, rather than how you feel. You are doing fantastic!
  15. You look great! Can't wait to join you!
  16. Welcome Missladyk! It is a great group here. Best of luck to you!

  20. Good Morning! I am having a revision to bypass in Sept. I still have reflux and can't wait to be off medication for it. I am hoping it will be gone after surgery. By the way, way back when I had it done no one told me the sleeve would cause acid reflux either! Good luck!!
  21. I just got an order in yesterday. Only I got the caramel flavor. Next time I will get the fruity version!
