  5. For a CT scan the most they would do is give you a contrast solution through an IV. But not all CT's call for contrast. Sorry you are having such trouble I will keep you in my prayers!

  7. Trying to have it before the end of 2019 d/t we have met our deductible already for this year. ? I am in the same spot as you! I have been so worried that we will have to fund this next year when it could be paid for entirely this year. I think I will get in on time though. My surgery is set for Sept. 16th, but I haven't meet with the surgeon yet. Each time I call they have some excuse as to why she didn't get to talk to him about skipping y psych appt and nutritionist since I had a sleeve 20 years ago. Hopefully she was able to speak to him yesterday. Best of luck on your journey!!

  11. I had GERD from the git go with the sleeve surgery. But more recently I have developed a fistula (a hole going from my sleeve to the remaining stomach) I guess they didn't remove the remaining stomach back then. I wish my surgery would hurry up because I a nauseous a lot of the time and they don't want me to lose weight prior to surgery.

  19. My date is 9/16, and I get nervous and question things too. Until I go out in public and see people that are older and over weight and how they struggle to just move and I don't want that at all. Good luck!
  20. I can relate to that. I spent a year and a half looking for a job and I got nothing. Even though I was right for the position I was turned down every time. It is frustrating!
