Ha I love this. He's amazing!

I just bought his audiobook for gastric sleeve

My surgeon reckoned that it wasn't possible to stretch your sleeve, because the stretchy part of the stomach had been removed. He said it was possible to 'eat around' your sleeve, by grazing regularly when you weren't hungry.

I suppose it's a moot point, since the solution in each case is not to eat too much! ?

Thanks so much for sharing this video! Sometimes we forget the basics, because I know for a certainty I have not been chewing 20 times when eating.
