    I drink 3 16.9 oz. water bottles everyday for 50.7 oz of water I usually have about a 10 oz cup of coffee also. Sometimes I drink 4 bottles of water. I have been working hard to up my water intake!
  9. I am freezing all the time. I just cant get warm. Last year I keep the electric blanket on 1 or turned it off, this year I sleep with it on 3.
  10. I saw Fairlife Chocolate milk and bought it, OMG so rich and creamy!

  12. My average weight loss is 14 a month. My neighbor saw me for the first time yesterday and said Wow, you have lost a lot of weight, you look great! That made me feel great!
  13. My diet cleared me for vegetables on day 43. But I had my first salad two days ago. I have had sauteed spinach and cooked broccoli with no issues!
  14. I feel your pain! I am stalling on and of and it is beginning to really frustrate me! I have upped my calories and my water intake is at least 60 oz a day if not more. I think the answer for me might be exercise. Please dont be too discouraged!
  15. I have only eaten out 3 times. First time I had mashed potatoes, second time I had chicken noodle soup ( I did eat the noodles) and third a cup of chili.
  16. I find that it is a lot easier eating out than I thought it would be!

If this is the case, alli® may not be right for you. However, everyone handles these procedures differently, so it is best to check with your doctor first.
  19. Kick the can! I am still out of order on the list ? But I just got off he phone with my best friend in Iowa, that always brightens my day. I will be meeting with the family on the 28th at a cafe to have holiday time together. I don't like to buy flowers, they don't last so I got a new plant. Tomorrow I am planning a most excellent bath. Candles and lavender bath salts. Forgot I had dessert last night. Fit and Lite strawberry yogurt with 2 T sugar free whipped cream mixed in so yummy!
  20. Thank you for posting this. My surgeon has not really talked about this. I have my three month appointment next week and will bring this up. So I guess I am a PG. Thanks for the information!
