Can I take Xenical before surgery?
I just went to https://www.myalli.com/alli-faq/ and this is what they say about it Can you take the alli® product if you have had bariatric surgery such as gastric bypass or gastric banding? If you have had bariatric surgery, you should talk with your doctor before taking alli®capsules. Some patients experience problems absorbing food after such a procedure. If this is the case, alli® may not be right for you. However, everyone handles these procedures differently, so it is best to check with your doctor first.

❄DEC 2019 CHALLENGE❄
Kick the can! I am still out of order on the list ? But I just got off he phone with my best friend in Iowa, that always brightens my day. I will be meeting with the family on the 28th at a cafe to have holiday time together. I don't like to buy flowers, they don't last so I got a new plant. Tomorrow I am planning a most excellent bath. Candles and lavender bath salts. Forgot I had dessert last night. Fit and Lite strawberry yogurt with 2 T sugar free whipped cream mixed in so yummy!
