  5. My Dr put me on stool softener day after surgery. I take 2 a day and I have to say they helped. You do not want to strain. My first BM after surgery was a killer, but once I started with the stool softener it became better. (TMI) sorry

  8. I had the same experience with a friend. Saying you can do it on your own. You are not that heavy. Just be happy with who you are. I am happy and I am a good person but my heaviest was 291. I am now experiencing health issues that is why after 2 yrs I decided to do the surgery. I learned not to say anything to anyone else but family after all her comments. Unless, you are walking in our shoes people do not understand, but feel they have a right to make hurtful comments. I congratulate all of us for becoming a healthier you!!!!! 9. I am 9 days post op and all the exercise I can do is walking. That is what my team recommends for the first month. Once, I get cleared by the surgeon I can do more. Since I am home for a month I am walking every hour during my waking hours. Every other day I push further my walking. I think I am up to a 1/2 mile now. Want to be a mile by my post op visit. 12. I am guilty of weighing myself everyday, but that is because my nutritionist taught me that way. I write down my daily weights then average them for 7 days and that is the actual weight I am for a week. I am trying to get out of that routine and just way weekly also. 22. They are pricey the Bariatric Advatage Mutlivitamin.....m My Dr also recommended CELEBRATE MULTIVITAMIN --MULTI COMPLETE 45-----it includes the MVI! B12, VITAMIN D and IRON....it is cheaper and also a Capsule...I am going to try them after I finish the other ones. If anyone has tried the CELEBRATE MULTIVITAMIN..please let me know if they are any better than what I am taking now. Thanks
  23. I also take the Bariatric Advantage Multi EA Chewable. They are ok thought they would taste better. Going to ask my Dr at some point can I change to everyday Vitamins from CVS instead of having to get them on line for the rest of my life. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
