Stage 2 diet cream soups

We are allowed cream Soups put through a strainer during stage 2 of the post-op diet. Do you think that includes creamy tomato basil Soup, low sodium of course, because it is the most flavorful thing I have had? Delicious!

My dr allows it but he said a lot of people have issues with it. my guess is from the amount of acid. im not at that stage yet.

I didn't have any restrictions with cream soups as long as they didnt have bits of anything. You eat so little of them.

You may want to try butternut squash or creamed corn. Both I found in the organic aisle of my food store and both low in soduim
