Thank you Healthy_life2 for the complimentary response. I thought If you do these surgeries you can't eat like before and it helps you to not gain back weights. I didn't know patients must still have a specific diet to maintain their surgery results.

Hi, I'm sry to hear that you are upset about gaining weight after gastric sleeve surgery. But I thought gastric sleeve can cure obesity permanently. I searched on Google and I saw this image: As I know in gastric sleeve surgery they remove part of the stomach and it helps patients to eat less and gain less weight. so is this surgery a temporary solution and each person should diet after surgery again? In this case, what's the advantage of these weight loss surgeries?
