  1. I ran into a six week delay just trying to get my records sent to my surgeon. I feel your pain. There were many times I wanted to give up. It shouldn't be so hard to get healthier. Take a deep breath and regroup. This, too, shall pass.
  2. I am on day 7 and there are up days and down days. Some days I am very low energy but haven't cheated. My diet is 3 protein shakes and a small meal. I won't complain because I am giving myself the best shot I can during my surgery on Monday. It is a sacrifice but I can do anything for 10 days and the final result will be well worth it! We can all do this!
  3. Newbie here. My surgery is April 1st. I am not nervous about the surgery itself but am more worried about life after. I am very excited about what lies ahead for me. Good luck with your surgery!
