I just recently converted due to severe reflux and now 👏👏NO REFLUX

So I too had lost 10 pounds in the pre-op liquid diet and felt good to be at 223, then I had surgery and my bp dropped post-op, so I stayed a few more days in the hospital and pumped full of fluids 😩, gained up to 249 pounds 😭now home for 2 weeks and just got back down to 223 pounds so hopefully the weight will start to drop

Today is my last day of the “liquid diet “, tomorrow I will try yogurt, never been so excited to have yogurt. These 2 weeks have been a little tough watching my family eat pizza, cookies and cake literally 🤪

Mine is also a conversation from sleeve to bypass due to severe GERD and hiatal hernia, yes very nervous because I’ve had so many surgeries but also very excited
