Does anyone know how to leave your surgeon a review? I have tried like crazy to figure it out and I can't.

That's still good I met a few other patients that were drinking only half of what you drank.

Is anyone experiencining any pain from eating? This weekend I spent in pain. I was told to start on soft foods two weeks out of surgery. I tried soft food and I was in pain I kept throwing up. That was both Saturday and Sunday. Sunday was way worse. Now I'm afraid to eat anything.

So today I was looking at my pictures from last summer. The one picture that got my attention the most was a family photo of me my son and husband at one of our camping trips. I remember during this photo I smiled because I knew it was going to be my last summer feeling so helpless with my weight. I cant wait to see what this summer will look like. I cant wait until summer comes and I can compare photos from last summer to this years summer. Is anyone else looking to compare photos from last summer to this coming summer?

I was thinking about getting that done after I reach my goal.

Is anyone experiencing side pain?

Just got the ok to work out from my surgeon today. I am still having pain from surgery. I am only 10 days out of surgery. What are some good exercise to start with?

How long did anyone stay on the puree stage?

After visiting my surgeons office today I met another patient who is using vitamin patches. After speaking with her I am sold on the idea of slapping a vitamin patch on and wearing it for 8 hours a day. Has anyone had any ideas or thoughts on the vitamin patches?

I am 10 days out of surgery and I am drinking about 80-90oz of water a day. How much water are you able to keep down after surgery?

My surgeon is my hero. I have gained and loss weight my entire life. When my family doctor told me I needed to lose the weight and keep it off for good or risk the chance of a heart attack. I quickly chose the path for the weight loss surgery. My surgeon made it possible for me to live a healthy life. I know I will live longer and see my children grow up. I wouldn't be here on this path without my surgeon Dr. Claros for St. Luke's hospital. How has your surgeon been your hero?
