Hi all, Can someone help please, when I eat it takes a lot more to fill full then I hoped for, could it be the foods I am eating, pasta jackets ect’ still a bit on the soft side, only because if I try to eat hard food it hurts like mad am I doing something wrong, can someone please tell me what I’m doing and how to put it right,<O:p</O:p Many thanks <O:p</O:p Cherie <O:p</O:p
